Through these reports, our clients can gain valuable information on a debtor's financial means and circumstances prior to raising court action or enforcing a decree.

We are on-line with credit reference & HPI checking databases, which allow us to provide you with a full and comprehensive financial report.

Our representative can visit your debtor's home and/or business address and obtain all relevant information for you prior to making your decision.

Where required, we can also personally interview the debtor and obtain further information and repayment proposals for the debt due.

Financial Status Reports

These reports involve arranging an appointment with the debtor, making all necessary visits to their home address, interviewing them and enquiring as to the reason for their slow/erratic/stopped repayments, their intentions as to the arrears together with ascertaining any financial difficulties they are experiencing.

A full report is then completed, noting details such as date of birth, national insurance number, number of dependants, description of their dwelling place and its condition, employment status and employer, bank details, assets owned, details of other creditors and priority debt repayments and arrears.

During the course of the interview, we will also compile an income/expenditure form with the debtor(s) and endeavour to arrange a suitable repayment to the arrears.

Pre-Sue Reports

When your debtor(s) have defaulted on any payments and court action is considered, we can call to the debtor(s) address and provide a report on their dwelling place and its condition and furnishings, detail any visible assets, undertake HPI checks on sighted vehicles, ascertain employment status, undertake credit checks and thereafter furnish you with a full report, prior to making your decision.  

If required, we can also hand deliver a notice advising of the intended court action should they continue to default or fail to arrange payment of the outstanding amounts.     

Credit Report/Check

These reports provide similar information to that contained in our financial status & pre-sue reports and can be utilised prior to granting credit accounts, offering loans etc.

This service involves making enquiries as to an individuals ability to repay debts or to build a picture of their financial position.

Our enquiries will involve calling to the individuals home or business address and reporting on the description and condition of the individuals dwelling place/ place of business and the general area, noting any visible assets, undertaking database checks and credit searches and thereafter preparing a full means report.

In addition to the above, we are able to undertake a more basic Credit Report, which can be utilised in a similar way to a credit check and will involve us undertaking database checks and credit searches only in order to provide an indication of the individuals financial position and their ability to repay debts.

Employment Report  

Involves making all necessary enquiries to establish the subject’s employment or self-employment status together with their employer/business name, address and telephone number with confirmation they are still with the firm.
